Hello BallerProfiles. I wanted to make you aware of a feature film shot in the United States entitled STREETBALLERS. The movie stars Germany's Deutsche Bank Skyliners scoring guard and University of Missouri standout Jimmy McKinney. There are also a number of current European players who make cameos in the film, making for a top-skilled, authentic, and real streetball movie. We made our World Premiere at the 2008 Hollywood Black Film Festival (we won a Jury Award for Top Feature Film, only 2 Awards given & we got 2nd place) we have received theatrical distribution offers and currently waiting replies from other top distributors including, not limited to: Lionsgate, MGM, The Weinstein Co., Sony Pictures Classics, Samuel Goldwyn, One-Village Ent. & Magnolia(Mark Cuban's company). We are making our St. Louis, Missouri premiere, where the film was shot, this coming Thursday, July 24th at the Tivoli theatre and at this stage we are working to spread the word about our film and our early success. We know if the streetball community, around the world, is made aware of our film they will show love and this will give us the opportunity to return the love in theatres all around the world.
